This is a complete package with everything required to start production.

This machine package has been designed to allow 3 and 4 axis machining as well as future use as a 5 axis with the addition of a B and C drive, offering 300mm of Z stroke and allowing the production of large diameter products via a 4^th axis.

Based on our previous  8’ x 4’ CNC machine design with the addition of:

1. Additional 20mm profile rail and preloaded carriage on X axis beam.
2. New design of Z axis, as used on our 5 Axis CNC machines with 300mm of usable stroke.
3. Z axis has twin profile rail with x4 light preloaded carriages and fitted with proximity switch.
4. Adjustable spindle motor plate for easy adjustment and alignment.
